Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that his visit to China was significant and on the occasion of his visit to China, bilateral issues were discussed in detail with President Xi Jinping.
Talking to former Safra and think tank representatives along with federal cabinet ministers in Islamabad on Sunday, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that our economy was moving in the right direction and the Chinese leadership expressed confidence.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the visit to China has removed the impression of stalemate on C-Pack.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that "there was an impression that C-Pak was stalled and if there was no warmth then it was necessary to remove this impression".
He said that the Prime Minister had taken concrete decisions before leaving for China.
He said that after a gap of two years, Pakistani officials talked to the Chinese leadership.
The Federal Minister for Information said that C-Pak was not a victim of slowdown.
Giving an overview of the last three years, he said that C-Pack's plans have moved forward.
"The C-Pack did not slow down because the working groups used to be seven but now they are 11. By 2018, there were ten projects, now there are nine in three and a half hundred. By 2018, two projects had been completed, now seven have been completed in three and a half years. By 2018, 415 km of roads have been constructed and now 453 km of road projects have been completed in these three years.
He said that new projects have also been launched in C-Pack.
