In the match of Pakistan Super League season seven, Multan Sultans defeated Karachi Kings and continued their winning streak while the bat of team captain Muhammad Rizwan also continued to score runs.

This is not the first time that Mohammad Rizwan has hugged an opponent in response to an emotional outburst by a player of the opposing team.
Shaheen Shah Afridi fielded his ball and tried to throw it towards Mohammad Rizwan at the striker end but the ball did not reach his hand. As a result he turned towards the batsman in an angry manner. He gestured to spread and hug them.
The match between Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans was special due to the batting of Mohammad Rizwan and being stopped by Naseem Shah as well as the aggressive batting of Gladiators batsman Umar Akmal.
Umar Akmal batted aggressively and scored 50 off 23 balls, including two fours and six sixes in the innings. There was a time in his innings when Umar Akmal hit three sixes in one over.
