The agency has conducted its research on a number of grounds, including women traveling alone at night, walking around peacefully, reducing crime rates and gaining the cooperation and respect of others.
Second on the list is the Thai city of Chiang Mai, third is Dubai, fourth is the Japanese city of Kyoto and fifth is the Chinese city of Macau.
