Corona restrictions, police arrival to remove the Canadian truck drivers who protest

Police has reached the opportunity to remove truck drivers against Canada and the United States against the restrictions of Corona and vaccine.

According to the Associated Press, police in riot gear stormed a rally on Saturday, removing hundreds of protesters by truck.

The protesters spent the night on the busiest corridor between the United States and Canada, while the government issued a new warning to remove the barricades.

These barriers have also affected the flow of goods between the two countries and forced the auto industry to suspend production on both sides.

Police tweeted that "Windsor Police and its partners have initiated (action) to enforce the law."

"We urge all protesters to act in accordance with the law and peacefully. Pedestrians are also told to refrain from entering the affected areas due to the protests.

One of the demonstrators painted "Trump 2024" on his car and drove away as soon as police arrived.

However, traffic was still blocked by three large trucks and about 20 protesters who started singing Canada's national anthem when police arrived.

Truck drivers have been protesting in Canada for several days against the corona virus ban and vaccination.

On Friday, Ontario Premier Doug Ford declared a state of emergency, authorizing his cabinet to impose a ڈالر 100,000 fine on those who illegally block roads, bridges, and thoroughfares. Imprisonment for up to one year.

On the same day, Ontario Supreme Court Chief Justice Jeffrey Morawitz ordered the removal of protesters from the Emasider Bridge on the Canadian-US border. The Chief Justice had given the protesters time till 7 pm but despite the deadline, the obstacles were not removed.

Windsor police immediately issued a warning that those blocking the streets would be arrested and their vehicles confiscated.

The Ambassador Bridge is the busiest corridor between the United States and Canada, accounting for 25% of the trade between the two countries.
